1. How long does it take to ship out my order?

All orders are carefully crafted and shipped within 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

2. What is Memory Press Studio? and What do you sell?

We create custom photo magnets using your personal photos! These make perfect keepsakes or gifts for weddings, birthdays, holidays, and everyday memories.

3. How do I place an order?

     a. Choose your magnet style and quantity.

     b. Upload your photos directly on the product page.

     c.  We’ll take it from there and create your custom magnets with care!

4. What kind of photos work best?

High-resolution images with good lighting work best. If you're unsure, feel free to send your photo—we’ll let you know if it will work well before we start production.

5. Do you offer bulk or custom orders for events?

Absolutely! We love creating custom magnets for weddings, baby showers, business promos, or special events. Message us for bulk pricing and custom options.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us right away—we want you to love your magnets!

7. How do I get best quality picture magnets?

Please upload a high-resolution photo for the clearest print. We are not responsible for low quality images. Screenshots and images taken from the internet may be low resolution and will be printed as is. Center your image how you’d like it to appear — we’ll take care of the rest!
